The article adduces the data on determing toxicity, regulation of chemical substances. The authors have carried out toxicological investigations in conditions of acute and chronic experiment and revealed a connection of enthalpy and toxicity of chemical combinations. The connection of thermodynamic properties and parameters of toxicity of chemical substances is determined. Obtained data are used for the evaluation of toxicity and hygienic rate setting of chemical combinations.
